John O'Halloran, CHST, ARM

In 2014, Safety Management Resources Corporation (SMRC) partnered with John O'Halloran     to develop the construction safety service programs.  John brings extensive experience concentrated in new and retrofit construction safety and risk management.   His contributions   at SMRC include pre-construction planning and execution of project safety plans, EHS logistic requirements, training and development, OCIP/CCIP administration, and managing the daily     EHS tasks on major construction projects.  

John's risk strategy not only successfully minimizes injuries and property loss, but also increases operational efficiency by avoiding any schedule delays or "safety surprises" that all too often occur when contractors and their personnel arrive unaware of project safety requirements.  

Most importantly, John brings an engaging, positive approach to construction safety to ensure that all personnel are treated as professionals and equal partners.  A well-known and respected EHS speaker and trainer, John has developed and presented numerous construction EHS educational topics and programs.  But he is most proud of his reputation as a regular "Safety Guy", working the project site and assisting all personnel with their safety issues.
